Located on the Golden Mile of Albir, Altea, only 70 metres from the sea and a 5-minute walk from Albir Beach, the accommodation offers privacy, comfort, and a fantastic outdoor lifestyle. Outside, the villa features a private heated swimming pool with a special cover that allows the pool to reach 28ºC in winter. The terrace is fully integrated with the house and offers plenty of places to sit, dine and unwind. There are ergonomic loungers, shaded dining tables, chill-out corners and a stone barbecue. A games area is located on the main terrace, including an American 7ft pool table, table football, ping-pong table and professional darts. Two large beer coolers are positioned next to the outdoor dining area for convenience.

Inside, the living room includes a large sofa-bed with comfortable sleeping quality, smart TV, international channels and fast 300 MB fibre internet. The kitchen is fully equipped for group cooking. Seating areas indoors and outdoors allow everyone to eat and relax together. Central heating and 7 air-conditioning units provide comfort all year round.

Three golf courses and a golf driving range are nearby. The villa is popular with cyclists due to the combination of flat coast roads and nearby mountain climbs.
