This charming 4 bedroom villa is furnished to a high standard and includes WiFi, pool heating and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms.
Aside from its well-furnished interior and excellent location, the stand out feature of Villa Montana has to be its large lawned garden and private pool surrounded by fashionable wood decking. There is plenty of space for children to play, to enjoy a picnic, or simply relax and soak up the sun. There is also a covered exterior dining area as well as chic wicker seating if you want to escape the sun, with the brick BBQ to one side of the house.
A track from the street leads to the entrance of Villa Montana which has a double metal gate opening onto a private parking area and a pathway to the front door.
From the entrance hall, the living area is on the right and the bedrooms on the left. The lounge is spacious with ample seating, a large flat screen TV, ornamental fireplace and patio doors opening onto the covered terrace overlooking the pool deck and garden. Adjacent is the fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Large sliding glass doors open into the hallway, opposite patio doors onto the pool terrace.
Villa Montana has 2 twin bedrooms and a double bedroom all sharing the facilities of a separate bathroom and shower room. The second double bedroom has an en suite bathroom. Both bedrooms on the right of the hall also have patio doors onto the garden.

The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

Villa Montana was the ideal place for our family getaway. The villa is bright and airy, and we loved the outdoor space—especially the pool and garden. The villa is a real home from home, superbly comfortable, totally secure, with everything you could want for the perfect holiday. And the property manager, Alba, could not be more helpful or friendly. Over the years we have holidayed in very many self catering properties but this is the best by a long way.
Stunning, secluded, clean villa with fabulous facilities in a beautiful, unspoilt part of Menorca. It was our first visit to Menorca and we loved it.
