Villa is a beautiful modern style holiday villa with high ceilings and large windows with mountain views. This house offers everything you need to spend an excellent holidays with family or friends. 4 luminous bedrooms with large windows, 3 bathrooms (2 of it en suite) 1 toilet, private pool, garden, 2 terraces (one with chill out area next to the pool and another with outdoor dining table and barbecue), spacious living room and modern fully equipped kitchen.
Located in one of the best areas of Jávea, this holiday villa for 8 people offers tranquility and privacy, close to the beach and the most touristic places of the Costa Blanca. 6km from Arenal beach, restaurants and shops in the zone. Cala Moraig, one of the most beautiful and tourist beaches is 7km away and the center of Moraira at 8km.
The interior is modern and carefully decorated, is divided into two different floors. The entrance of the villa is on the ground floor, showing a large hall that leads to a spacious living room really luminous because it’s large windows. At this floor is bedroom #1 with bathroom en suite, kitchen and a gust bathroom. From the living room you could access to the garden with private pool and chill out area.
Upstairs has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Bedroom #2 has 2 single beds (one below the other as a trundle bed) and bedroom #3 has two more single beds. Next to this bedrooms is the bathroom #3 with bathtup. Finally, bedroom #4 is the main one of the villa, offering great amplitude and luminosity, double bed and en suite bathroom.

We stayed for a week with a 5 and a 7 year old. The villa was lovely and clean and very spacious. It has everything you needed. Stairs were a little precarious so perhaps for families with very small children a stair gate would be useful. Couple of small problems (no pool net/no ironing board/kettle broken/key to front gate not working) which didn’t affect our stay but they were all dealt with very quickly and all messages were answered promptly. The area was very quiet-like a residential area-but only a few minutes drive to a supermarket and also close to The Arenal which has many bars and restaurants and a lovely beach. We enjoyed our stay Thank you very much!
