Impressive and modern villa for 8 persons with private pool (8×4 m) in Calpe. This newly constructed and tastefully furnished villa has fantastic sea views and is situated in the area Tossal de La Cometa, quiet area with nice sea views. The villa has a large terrace with pool and garden and space to make barbecues. Living space inside: 200m². Large roof terrace on the third floor. The plot has 850 m² and is partly enclosed and planted. There also is a parking for several cars on the plot.
First floor: large living-dining room with sat-tv, comfortable furniture, air conditioner and views to the sea, to Peñón de Ifach and to the pool. Large independent and completely equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, dishwasher, micro wave and refrigerator-freezer and air conditioner. 1 bedroom with double bed, air conditioner and bathroom in suite with bathtub, washbasin and wc. 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and air conditioner. 1 bathroom with shower, washbasin and wc. 1 utility room with washing machine and dryer.
Second floor: (access by stairs inside the house from the second floor): 1 bedroom with double bed and air conditioner with exit to the solarium and fantastic sea views and views to the pool, ideal for relaxing in the sun. 1 bedroom with double bed and air conditioner. 1 bathroom with shower, washbasin and wc.
External: large terrace, partly covered and pool with built-in stairs and shower. A lot of space to sunbath in the sun loungers (4). Only 2,5 km from Levante-Beach and the town centre of Calpe, 2,2 km from the next supermarket (Mercadona).

If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.

Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability.
