This is a wonderful modern villa nested in the countryside in the centre of the Island at walking distance from the Santa Gertrudis village. It was originally built in 2004 by a leading Spanish architect and frequently featured in architecture and design magazines. Recently the villa has been completely renovated by a British interior designer with state of art amenities.

The double height living room glass doors open onto a spacious terrace overlooking a 20 meters long swimming pool and create a sense of open space living. The estate benefits from a large fruit garden and several terraces around the house, one of which is private to a guest bedroom with a sunk in bath tub. The main house includes a 100 sq m master suite with a spacious bathroom, office and a walk in wardrobe on the first floor, and two guest bedrooms with walk in showers on the ground floor. In addition to the main house, there is a separate guest house which benefits from the privacy of its own garden area. The long over flow swimming pool, perfect for the fitness enthusiast, has a decked terrace with double sunbeds ideal for stretching out and relaxing. Situated at the centre of the Island the villa is close to all the wonders that Ibiza has to offer.
