This 5 bedroom villa is a very short driving distance to the beach of Moraira and its array of shops, bars, cafes and restaurants. Perfect for large families and groups. As you enter the villa grounds, you will come to the car port, with space for 2 cars. There is a gate on the left which leads down and round to the front door. An arch on the right of the front door leads to external stairs up to the second floor. To the left of the front door is access to the first floor balcony, which also has steps down to the pool terrace.

The front door opens up onto the first floor hallway. On the left is a spiral staircase leading to the second floor. To the right is an arch which leads to a shower room and a twin bedroom. Past the spiral stairs on the left is the fully fitted kitchen, which overlooks the balcony. An archway from the hall leads into the dining area, which leads round to the lounge. 3 sets of patio doors lead out from the dining area onto the spacious balcony. Here there is plenty of space to soak up the summer sun or enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the views over Moraira out to Calpe rock in the distance.

The ground floor bedrooms are accessed by a separate front door from the pool terrace and there is no internal access to the ground floor. From the entrance hall, there is a double bedroom on your left and a twin bedroom on your right. These bedrooms both overlook the pool area and share a shower room, which sits between them.

The second floor is accessed by the internal spiral staircase or by external steps on the first floor. At the top of the spiral staircase is a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom. A door leads into a small hallway, which gives access to a shower room and a twin bedroom. Both bedrooms lead out to small balcony, offering beautiful views over Moraira and to the rock of Calpe.

Stairs on the far side of the first floor balcony lead down to the ground floor and the pool terrace. The pool takes centre stage in the terrace and is a free form shape with Roman steps. There is open terrace space surrounding the pool, perfect for relaxing in between taking refreshing dips in the pool. There is also a covered terrace equipped with a large dining table, brick BBQ, fridge freezer and sink. This is the ideal spot for cooking and enjoying a delicious alfresco meal.
