The property is fenced and is located in a residential area with direct neighbours.

This house is divided into a floor -1 and the ground floor, which is at street level. Decorated in a simple, calm and modern way, it has everything you need to make your stay unforgettable. The 1st floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, washing machine, iron and ironing board, a living-dining room with spectacular sea views where you can watch a movie on satellite television, two bedrooms, one with double bed, the other with two single beds and two bathrooms with shower, one of them en-suite.

The ground floor only opens if you come with seven or more people and paying a small supplement per person and night. Here you find a second kitchen, simply and open to the living room with views over the sea and the mountains.
