Villa Merlin is a stunning 3-bedroom villa located on a hilltop in Cala Vedella, accommodating up to 6 guests. Enjoy breathtaking views of the ocean, Can Conejera, and Formentera from this secure property. With en suite bedrooms, a modern kitchen, and a spacious living area, it’s perfect for families. The outdoor space features a pool, children’s pool, and a shaded dining area for relaxing evenings. From this gem of a villa you get sweeping views over the ocean, views towards Can Conejera and S’espartar islands and Formentera. The beach is a short walk from the villa, as are the supermarket and restaurant, all located on the turning between Cala Carbó and Cala Vadella.
The property is secured with an electric gate, fence and alarm system throughout. The main house is 250m² with an ample living area, an open plan dining area as well as a bar. The separate kitchen is modern and fully equipped. Behind the kitchen there is a small storage room.
The en suite bedrooms are in the left and right wings of the villa, the master bedroom covers 50m². Each bedroom has its own terrace.
The third guest suite is located in a separately accessible apartment next to the pool and outdoor dining space.
Above the pool is the very spacious dining area with chill out terrace, shaded by a sail. There is a sundeck and lounge area around the pool, as well as a separate lounge area with fabulous sunset views below the pool, where you also find a small children´s pool, perfect for smaller ones.

The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

We stayed here for a week with another couple, and it was just perfect. Having an en-suite for each bedroom made it feel extra luxurious. The villa is even better in person—the photos don’t do justice to the ocean views! We spent most evenings on the terrace with a glass of wine, soaking in the sunset. Loved that everything was within walking distance. A five-star experience!
If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat in Ibiza, this is it! The villa is beautifully designed with lots of space to relax. We especially enjoyed the shaded chill-out terrace and watching the boats in the distance. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the linens and towels were high quality. The agency provided a fantastic service, making sure we had everything we needed.
Villa Merlin exceeded our expectations in every way. The design is modern yet cozy, with spacious bedrooms and private terraces. We felt so secure with the gated entrance and alarm system. The location was ideal—close enough to Cala Vedella’s beach bars but far enough to feel private. The concierge service was a nice touch, arranging boat trips and dinner reservations for us.
This villa was perfect for our family holiday. The kids loved having their own little pool, while we enjoyed lounging in the sun with those incredible sea views. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the outdoor dining space was great for long, relaxing dinners. The team made check-in seamless and even provided a list of great local spots to visit. Highly recommend!
Our stay at Villa Merlin was absolutely magical. The views from the terrace were breathtaking, especially at sunset. We loved how peaceful it was, yet still just a short walk to the beach and restaurants. The villa itself was stylish and well-equipped, and the separate guest suite near the pool was perfect for our friends who wanted extra privacy. Already planning our next visit!
A beautiful property in a lovely location – we had a fabulous holiday, the agent was so helpful and their recommendations were superb, especially hiring boats which we ended up doing twice as the children loved it so much. Would definately recommend.
Free airport transfer and a free welcome pack was available at the moment we arrived, tired after a long delayed journey. I don’t think we could really fault anything from that point on, the staff were attentive and always on hand to answer questions or provide recommendations, the place was spotlessly clean, including the pool and gardens, which surrounded the whole villa and made it feel very private. Every facility seemed to be provided, from dishwashers and utensils to filtered water taps (which were really useful) and all the BBQ equipment/charcoal we needed, as well as enough highchairs and cots for the babies.
