This wonderful farmhouse is conveniently situated less than 3 kilometres from the popular fishing village of Fornells, where there is a sailing and water sports school and many restaurants and bars, which are visited by the Spanish royal family when vacationing in Menorca. The town of Es Mercadal and the main road from Mahon to Ciutadella are less than a 10 minute drive away. Vehicle is necessary.

Set in private grounds, there are no neighbours nearby and privacy is guaranteed. Stunning views of the surrounding area and the harbour of Fornells can be enjoyed from the upper terraces and pool area. The swimming pool (approx. 10m x 5m) is surrounded by sunbathing terrace and a spacious lawn garden. Large patio doors lead from the lounge to an outside porch furnished with garden sofas for relaxing in the shade, and a table and chairs for outdoor dining.

The furnishings are mostly antique and the fabrics bright and attractive, in keeping with the rustic farmhouse style. There is both air-conditioning and ceiling fans in all bedrooms.
