This 4 bedroom, fresh and airy villa includes WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and lounge.
The private swimming pool and terrace is undoubtedly the highlight of Villa Mendoza. The villa hugs the pool terrace, creating a good degree of privacy, with stunning views across the open countryside and south coast. There is plenty of space to sunbathe and enjoy the scenery. The brick BBQ and covered dining area are to one side of the terrace where you can sit and enjoy an alfresco meal in true Spanish style.
Entering the living area, you’ll be greeted by the view of the sea from the patio doors. The lounge and dining area are open plan with a seating area and a table and chairs. The well-equipped kitchen is adjacent to the living area.
On the ground floor are 3 twin bedrooms. The bedroom at the rear of the house has patio doors onto the pool terrace. There is also a bathroom and 2 shower rooms, one adjacent to each bedroom. The bathroom has a toilet, which has been specially adapted for guests with walking difficulties.
The spacious double bedroom and neighbouring shower room dominate the entire first floor. Patio doors from this bedroom open onto a small, sea-facing, private balcony – the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee and admire the view in its full glory.
You can also access the large roof terrace from the first floor landing, which spans the whole villa and offers magnificent views over the coastline. This is the ideal setting for a lazy evening spent watching the sunset over the water.
The areas of Calan Forcat and Calan Blanes have merged over time to form Menorca’s largest holiday resort. You’ll find a good choice of shops, cafes and restaurants, as well as a children’s play area and waterpark along the main street, only 5 minutes’ away on foot. The resorts also have a choice of excellent beaches and a beautiful rocky bay reachable within a short walk. The large historic town of Ciutadella is only 2 miles east and is definitely worth a visit, making a great day trip, by either car, bus or taxi.

The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

We had the pleasure of staying at Villa Mendoza. Alba was extremely helpful throughout the process from booking, catering for our groups needs and on hand during our stay. The villa itself is set in a great location with wonderful views over the sea and only a short drive from all the lovely restaurants and beaches which there are many in close proximity. The villa has everything you need from a good heated pool. We would certainly recommend a stay and hope to return in the future.
Is difficult for me and my family to change from this wonderful location. If you like cosy and warm welcome, secluded places and quiet, a wonderful nature landscape both on the sea and the mountains together with excellent fish and meat food in the neighborhood. We have been there already twice and will come back for sure….

Villa Mendoza was a relaxing retreat, complete with a private pool and beautiful views. The ground floor twin bedrooms with easy pool access were convenient. The sea-facing double bedroom on the first floor was a special treat, and the roof terrace provided mesmerizing sunset views. Close proximity to shops and the beach made our stay even more enjoyable.
