Villa Melany is a superb frontline beach mansion with spectacular sea views in the prestigious area of Los Monteros in East Marbella. It is situated at a mere 5-10 minutes drive into Marbella and Puerto Banus. Villa Melany is part of our collection of exclusive holiday homes available for booking in Spain. The villa is mainly on one level, arranged around an interior Arabesque style courtyard with a fountain, palm trees and a covered gallery. Villa Melany is divided into 2 areas: the prime living space in the southern part and the guest quarters in the northern part.
As well as the main living areas, there is an indoor heated pool, a gym and a TV/cinema room. There is also a gourmet style kitchen and formal and informal dining rooms opening on to a lovely covered terrace leading to the pool area.
The guest quarters can be accessed from the courtyard and comprise 2 bedroom suites, 2 further bedrooms en-suite with bathrooms and a self contained staff apartment.
There is a tower with a guest en-suite bedroom and access to a large chill-out terrace enjoying fabulous sea views.
Externally, there are lovely tropical gardens with a large pool, gazebo, and a covered BBQ area with sitting and dining areas, and direct access to the beach.

The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

Amazing villa, great service from the agency, and the best location! The staff was super helpful, and the welcome pack was a nice touch. Everything was spotless, and we felt like royalty for a week.
Can’t beat this place if you want to be right by the beach! We were just a short drive from Marbella, but honestly, we barely left the villa. The outdoor space is perfect—huge pool, tropical gardens, and lots of comfy seating. Loved every minute of it!

This villa is pure paradise! We spent a week here with friends, and it was everything we hoped for. Waking up to those sea views was unreal, and having direct beach access was a game changer! The pool area was gorgeous, and the outdoor BBQ space made dinners extra special. Honestly, can’t wait to come back!!
A very nice villa, enjoyed the stay there, the housekeeper is nice and helpful, the garden could benefit from more flowers /flowering shrubs planted around the borders. having said that I would recommend this villa. Infinity pool with direct access to the beach. I highly recommend this villa.
We throughly enjoyed staying at this Villa in Marbella. It was fully equipped with all the amenities. So much space and such clean facility. The Pool was amazing and the gym room was so awesome we were actually able to do a Nia Class in there. Would definitely go back here. Excellent service and amazing Villa
From the moment my good friend phoned me with an invitation to stay at a Spanish villa with her and three other girlfriends for a week, I said YES! Sounded like a once in a lifetime adventure. We were met at the villa by a lovely woman who was to show us around. I was completely blown away by this place. Secured behind electric gates we made our way down the private road. Opening the front door, directly ahead was the most gorgeous view of the sea with direct access to the beach from the garden and pool area. And it just got better from there. How to choose who got what bedroom? All with private balconies overlooking the same sea. A state of the art kitchen, beautiful cozy sitting rooms, gym with exercise equipment, table tennis. But I must say, the best part of the home was the infinity pool, surrounded by comfy lounge chairs. We five found ourselves most often out there, in the morning with coffee and the sunrise, and in the evenings with tapas, wine and candles, watching the sunset. What wonderful memories I will have for a long long time of our meaningful deep connections we made with each other at this magical place.
