We love this villa! With its contemporary furnishings, spacious terrace and large private pool, this 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom property is a welcome addition to our programme. Cala Picas Beach and the centre of Calan Forcat with a choice of shops, bars and restaurants are just a 10 minute walk away making Villa Melanie the ideal choice if you do not wish to hire a car. You have the best of both worlds – a perfect location and stylish villa! WiFi and air conditioning/heating in all bedrooms and lounge is included.

The main focus point outside the villa is the large, private swimming pool which has an inset walled shallow area, plus Roman steps for easy access. There is a spacious terrace that is decked with hardwood and has plenty of room for sunbeds where you can relax in the sun within the walled garden. To the side of the house is the brick BBQ and outdoor dining table and chairs which is great for alfresco dining.

The large open plan living area has beamed ceilings that flow out onto the covered terrace area. This bright and light area has comfortable seating and patio doors that lead outside. There is a dining area which is a great place to socialise after a day in the sun, followed by the well-equipped kitchen that has everything for your catering needs.

On the first floor, the double bedroom has an en suite bathroom and the twin bedroom has an en suite shower room.
