The estate consists of a main house plus two guest houses, a pool house, professional spa and fitness centre and staff cottage. Entry to the main house is via double wooden doors which open onto a high ceiling and affording spectacular views of the swimming pool and sea. There are six sumptuous bedroom suites, a large living area with open fireplace and grand piano, a television lounge, office area, formal dining room, breakfast room, a control/security room and professionally equipped industrial kitchen. Internet wifi, central air conditioning and heated floors are found throughout the entire property.

A particular feature of the property are the wonderful gardens which give gated access to the beach. The enormous 28 metre heated swimming pool features a spectacular mosaic.
