Villa Maurelle is a newly built white styled villa located in south-west Ibiza, with long views to the sea and the island of S’Epartar. Its rural location offers complete tranquillity.
This villa has been built with homely touches and is finished to a very high standard. The bedrooms offer maximum comfort, and all en-suite bedrooms have large walk in wardrobes, spacious bathrooms and air conditioning.
The décor is colourful and of very high quality – old wooden dining table, Italian kitchen and all the appliances you would expect to find at home, nothing has been left unfinished in this villa.
The villa has impressive electric gates and a fenced parameter for added security. The property is child friendly with plenty of lawn space for those with young families. This luxurious retreat features 4 en-suite bathrooms, a stunning 10 x 5 m infinity pool, and a spacious outdoor area perfect for sunbathing. Enjoy the open-plan living and dining spaces that lead to a terrace with breathtaking ocean views. The master bedroom boasts a private terrace and elegant furnishings. The outdoor area provides seating and sun beds for 10 guests, 40 m² of covered porch and an infinity pool measuring 10 x 5. Next to the pool is an outdoor shower.
The 4 bedroom villa is spread over two floors with 315m2 of living space.
On the ground floor next to the living area is a large en suite bedroom looking out across the swimming pool. The air conditioned open plan living and dining are extremely spacious and lead via sliding doors to the terrace and pool.
On the second floor are three further en suite bedrooms including the master bedroom measuring over 50m2 with private terrace and a fantastic sea vista. The master bedroom has a large teak four poster bed and TV/DVD on the wall for maximum enjoyment.

Amenities
The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

My husband and I stayed here for a relaxing getaway, and it was absolutely perfect. The villa is so beautifully designed, and the sea views are amazing. Villa Maurelle is one of the most beautiful places we’ve stayed in. The views are just breathtaking, especially at sunset. We stayed at this villa with another two family and had a wonderful stay! Beautiful villa with a pool and gorgeous view! The staff were super friendly and helpful! Welcoming gifts included a fruit basket, a bottle of their own olive oil, wine, biscuits, olive, cake. Kitchen had just about anything you would need to prepare a meal and the grill was great. This had to be one of the best spring break trips we have ever taken, couldn’t have asked for more.

We stayed here as a large family, 8 of us in all, for a week and it was absolutely wonderful. A free airport transfer and welcome pack was available for all of us….great service. We’re not sure the current images do the villa justice. It really is perfect for those with kids. Very well equipped villa…highly recommend!!.
