This luxury 5 bed villa has its own gorgeous private heated pool and is located in just 200 metres from the prestigious Del Duque beach, Fanabe, Costa Adeje. Villa Masteras is part of Bahia del Duque Villas, a modern luxury development on the south coast of Tenerife just 200 meters from Bahia del Duque beach in Fanabe, Costa Adeje.
The villa is set within an exclusive development and has been designed and built to the highest standards. Its privileged location is considered to be the most prestigious area of Tenerife.
The location is just perfect. Whilst the complex is very quiet, it is situated in the heart of the Del Duque area – next to the best 5 star hotels, designer shopping malls, high quality restaurants andjust 5 minutes away from the best sandy Playa del Duque and Fanabe beaches. Just in front of the complex is Plaza del Duque shopping center which offers everything from designers shops to food supermarket to get everyday provision – you don’t even need a car!
The sea promenade begins just 100 m away from your villa. From here you can walk along Playa Fanabe to Las Americas and Los Cristianos. You can also easily get to famous fishing village La Caleta with delicious restaurants offering local fish and seafood. There are also a big variety of SPA, gyms and tennis courts.
The villa itself is set over 3 storeys. Main floor comprises a large spacious living room with comfortable setees and TV, dining area, fully equipped open-plan type kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There are also 2 terraces – the big main terrace features outside huge dining table, heated swimming pool and sun deck with sun loungers. The back terrace with cozy coffee table. The top floor consists of master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and huge sun terrace with great ocean views. On the ground floor there is another living room with sitting area and TV, play area with tennis table, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. There are also utility room, laundry room and private garage.

The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

Our stay at Villa Masteras was a perfect escape in Playas del Duque. The private heated pool and proximity to Del Duque beach made it an ideal retreat. The villa’s three floors, spacious living areas, and fully equipped kitchen catered to our needs. With five bedrooms and four bathrooms, it was perfect for a group getaway. The ocean views from the master bedroom’s terrace were breathtaking.
We have just returned from staying at this modern & luxury villa, where from the moment you walk through the door you are privileged to be staying in such an amazing home! We had everything we needed for our lovely stay, from comfortable beds, two large fridges and even being provided with pool towels, which you don’t find in many rentals and we have stayed in a few in Tenerife over the years. This has to be one of the finest villas to rent on the area, our family had the most relaxing, wonderful holiday and wouldn’t hesitate to return again, if only to enjoy the stunning beach of Adeje. This is truly five stars *****
We stayed for one week in July and we had a positive experience. The location is great,all interest points are at walking distance. The house itself is of a high quality. Great service …. (we rented a boat to have the great trip on our vacation). Amazing Holiday!!
