Whether your dream holiday is playing golf on the 18-hole golf course that surrounds our villa, chilling out in the music equipped garden pavilion or watching your children playing in the heated private pool, our house is your perfect choice.
The house is on a plot of almost 2,000m2 and the large garden has been completely renovated with a large sun-deck and extensive areas of green. There is a 10m x 5m heated pool and an aluminium pavilion with a roof which can be opened electrically, and a heating system for the cooler evenings. The pavilion has sofas and chairs for chilling out and a large teak wood dining table for dining al fresco. There is a new, large outdoor shower and a separate outdoor toilet. The garden is filled with exotic trees and flowers.

The villa has a very large and bright living room with a separate sitting area, dining area and TV area, all furnished with brand new furniture. The whole area receives sunlight from a beautiful skylight in the middle of the room and large sliding glass doors that open onto the terrace. There is a second living room on the lower floor with an adjoining terrace. The main living room, dining room, garden and terrace all have direct, unobstructed views onto the 9th hole of the Maspalomas golf course.

The kitchen is fully-equipped with Bosch appliances including a dishwasher, a ceramic hob, an oven, a microwave/grill, a Nespresso coffee machine and a large American fridge-freezer. There is a Weber barbeque available for guests to use in the garden. There is a dedicated clothes drying terrace with a new Bosch washing machine behind the kitchen. The entrance to the house has an electric gate and a brand new, paved driveway with space to park 4 cars. The principal rooms of the house all have high ceilings with ceiling fans and marble floors. The doors, windows and built-in cupboards are all made of exotic hardwoods.

There are two swings and a trampoline for children in the garden, a hammock large enough for 2 adults and seats and sunbeds around the pool for 10 people. There is an office with a desk and a colour printer and wifi coverage on the ground floor and around the pool.
