Perched over the oceanfront with the elegant private marina of Calanova, Villa Martinez in Mallorca enjoys 180 degree panoramas of the Bay of Palma. The secluded entrance – accessed from an unassuming cul-de-sac just five minutes from either the Port of Portals or the city of Palma – belies the luxury inside. You will be enchanted by the beautiful Balinese garden set against the backdrop of the sailing boats below.
The colonnaded marble terrace will likely be the focal point during your stay. The terrace widens into a large lounge with TV and speakers. Travertine steps descend to the Zen-like marble saltwater swimming pool with fountains, along with the alfresco dining set. Or perhaps it’s time for a soak in the black marble hot tub? The fire features illuminate these waters and create a chiaroscuro dance at night. The pool house lends depth to this phantasm with its dark-stained wood and Brazilian thatched roof. The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by this villa’s elegance and attention to detail. The master suite was absolutely stunning, and the gym and spa area were perfect for unwinding. The views over the Bay of Palma are unforgettable. If you’re looking for luxury, this is the place!
Staying at Villa Martinez was like living in a five-star resort. The black marble hot tub, the fire-lit outdoor lounge, and the peaceful Balinese garden made every moment special. The staff arranged private tours and a chef, which made the experience even more incredible. Best villa we’ve ever rented!
This villa has it all—spectacular views, a gorgeous pool, a private gym, and even a home cinema. The kitchen was fully equipped, and we enjoyed preparing meals before dining al fresco on the terrace. The nearby beach was lovely, and Palma was just a short drive away for shopping and nightlife. Can’t wait to visit again!
We traveled with our extended family, and this villa was ideal! The spacious bedrooms, multiple living areas, and beautiful terrace gave everyone their own space while allowing us to enjoy meals and time together. The kids loved the indoor pool and cinema room, while the adults enjoyed the spa and the amazing outdoor bar. Highly recommend!
Villa Martinez is pure paradise! From the breathtaking ocean views to the stunning saltwater pool, everything about this villa is designed for ultimate relaxation. The master suite was beyond luxurious, and we loved spending evenings in the hot tub, watching the boats in the marina. The concierge services made our stay seamless—already planning our return!
Having arrived at Villa Martinez we felt relaxed straight away. Very well equipped and everything you would need and lovely and clean. Amazing views with beautiful sunsets and our girls 13/15 enjoyed the late night swims in the pool as we enjoyed watching the sun go down. We had a lovely welcome pack with bread, ham, fruit plus some wine beer and soft drinks which was really appreciated. Nearby are some great Tavernas all serving good food and excellent service. Although the surrounding areas were great we enjoyed lazy days sat by the pool admiring the views. Late evening the villa had Sky TV numerous DVDs and good books to read. A big thank you to the agency for being great hosts and keeping the villa clean and looked after. We did appreciate all the daily necessities provided like washing powder, dish washer tablets, washing up liquid. We hope to be back soon. Thank you very much.
We stayed at Villa Martinez and held our wedding blessing there, it was the most incredible place and everyone had the most amazing time. Brilliant facilities and fun for families and adults too!
