Villa Marisa has the quality of suiting all kinds of families, whether it be a couple who can watch the romantic sun set from each room in the villa, or if you are bringing the children there is a play area for the little ones to enjoy. In addition, the villa is close to the beach offering a pleasant short stroll.

Divided into three floors, the main floor has been distributed into a beautiful living room with an open kitchen and a separate utility room which leads out onto the outdoor dining terrace. It is practical for summer dining with its fixed awnings to give shade when enjoying those summer meals.

On the same floor there are two twin bedrooms, one situated off the hallway with a separate bathroom and the other is slightly larger and has an en-suite bathroom with direct access to the terrace.

Going up to the first floor from the living room are the two master bedrooms each with stunning sea views and terraces. The first master has a double bed and its main feature is the en-suite built in an open space where you can see the sea. Imagine the pleasure of your morning shower admiring the views but where you cannot be seen.

The second master also has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom but is unlike any other with a walk in wardrobe. This room also has direct access to the terrace with equally beautiful sea views. All of the bedrooms in Villa Marisa have a TV, a hair dryer and independent air conditioning, also the two master rooms each have a safe.

The third floor which is the lower level down by the pool has a fabulous terrace with sun loungers and parasols, also has a separate bathroom and another twin bedroom with en-suite which could have various uses; it could be used as a guest room, a room for service staff or a nanny, a playroom for the children as it has a PlayStation or simply a quiet area to watch TV or read for a while.

At the bottom of the garden at the end of the pool there is a mini outdoor play area to entertain the children, which is equipped with mini golf and a net for mini football, volley ball net, and anything else they want to add.

The exterior of the villa is surrounded by garden and flower beds and has steps from the main entrance straight down to the pool. Even though the villa is flat inside, it is not accessible for disabled guests in a wheelchair.

Villa Marisa is located at the lower part of San Jaime and is within walking distance from Son Bou beach. You can take a pleasant stroll through the centre of Son Bou where there is a great summer atmosphere with bars, restaurants, shops as well as a bus stop and pharmacy.
