This impressive 3 bedroom house is in a great location in Corralejo, within walking distance of Bahia Real Beach. El Campanario Shopping Centre can be reached within 10 minutes on foot and Acua Waterpark is 10 minutes further. What’s more the wonderful views over the sand dunes to the mountains in the distance can be enjoyed from the first floor terrace.

Outside, Villa Marilu has plenty of space surrounding the private swimming pool to relax. The garden is decorated with palm trees, and has a covered seating area with comfortable sofas for enjoying a cool drink in respite from the sun! There is also a brick BBQ and an exterior table and chairs for enjoying alfresco dining.

The open plan lounge and dining area is tastefully decorated and has comfortable seating and a table and chairs, with patio doors allowing plenty of natural light and access to the pool terrace. Adjacent is the fully equipped kitchen which has contemporary units and a breakfast table and chairs. The utility room with washing machine is next to it.

On the ground floor, there is a twin bedroom and a separate shower room. The remaining 2 bedrooms – a double and a twin – are on the first floor and each have an en suite bathroom. The double bedroom also has a large private terrace with views over the sand dunes and mountains in the distance.
