Villa Margo is an elegant six bedroom villa, set in a prime location with elevated sweeping views. Located near Salinas and Es Cavallet beaches. The home benefits from a lateral layout and sensitive partitions to create a natural flow with areas bathing in natural light. The property is distributed over two detached houses with panoramic views of the Mediterranean sea and the natural park of Ses Salinas and Formentera. The home is secluded and set amongst lush gardens and terraces in 30.000m2 of private land.

The farmhouse is a 200 year-old traditional finca that has been immaculately refurbished. The home interiors are finished with a blend of contemporary and traditional styles. The main house has a fully equipped modern kitchen with a spacious sunlit living-room, generous lounging sofas, a pool table and an additional bar. It also offers in house night club (permission required for use) equipped with the latest music technology, DJ cabin and lighting.

The master suite is located in a separate casita, a spacious and elegant suite with a huge round-shaped bed, opulent en-suite bathroom, sofa area and private terrace. The further bedrooms are equally elegant and stylishly furnished, with double beds and three have their own ensuite bathrooms.

The main suite is spacious and airy. Elevated above the expansive infinity pool and orientated south towards Formentera, the national park of Salinas and enjoying excellent quality of natural light at all hours of the day. The suite is detached from the main house and300 m2 located on the top of the hill, with one of the most beautiful views of the island. Just beside there is a separate massage room.

The gardens of Villa Margo feature a magnificent infinity pool surrounded by lush green lawns, towering palms, aromatics, expansive sun terraces and shaded dining areas. The outdoor area is the ideal space to relax and revive your senses, with many exterior luxuries including a peaceful meditation corner.

The club and chill lounge is a cozy generous space where to unwind with big sofas to lay comfortably while watching tv, a pool table and “futbolin” to share a good time with friends or to have a private diner in the modern dinning room. The area has also a club, only accessible for special occasions, equipped with the latest technology in terms of music system, DJ booth and lighting.

Located a few kilometres from the airport and some of the most beautiful beaches on the island such as Salinas, with its abundance of famous beachclubs, and the charming Es Cavallet.
