This charming front line 4 bedroom villa has direct access to the sea. It is located 15 minutes walk from the beach of Cala Moli and a 6 km drive from the village of San Jose – one of the most popular towns on Ibiza. In the court yard there is a lovely swimming pool with which to refresh yourself. The sea views are spectacular, and the evening sunsets are some of the best on the Island.

Bedroom suite, a beautiful, large room overlooking a terrace with spectacular sea view. Ensuite large bathroom with shower, bidet, bath with sea view, terrace, outdoor shower. Separate toilet.
On the ground floor, are three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with toilet and dressing area. Each overlooks the terrace.
All bedrooms are equipped with safety deposit boxes, TV, decoder, DVD player.
The living room has a stunning fireplace, faces east, and overlooks a beautiful patio. Another living area faces west overlooking a veranda with great sea views.
Also on this level, is the kitchen with open access to the dining room, again with sea views, and a winter dining room. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning.

Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.

Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

Villa Margaret was exactly what we needed for a peaceful escape. The place is so private, yet close enough to everything. The villa was spotless when we arrived, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Loved waking up to those sea views every morning!

Stayed here for a week with my family, and wow—the sunsets from the terrace were absolutely breathtaking. The villa is super spacious, and having direct access to the sea was such a unique experience! We loved the outdoor shower and the peaceful atmosphere. The agency made the booking process so easy, and they even helped us arrange a sunset cruise one evening. 10/10 experience!

We loved staying here; very friendly agent who were most helpful; we arrived to find fresh oranges, egs, fruits, olive, biscuits, and some home made wine all provided. With beautiful views of mountains and sea not far away. The swimming pool was wonderful and we used it everyday. It was tastefully and comfortably fornished with everything needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

We had a fantastic holiday in this beautiful villa every convenience for a family holiday. Alba, a great property manager. Also the cleaning staff were brilliant. fantastic views from the terrace and a wonderful swimming pool.
inside the villa is very modern.
I would recommend this villa to family groups.

The experience was definitely greater than expected. The house is incredibly nice and clean. The housekeeper leave a very handy booklet with useful information and contact numbers the tenants to use, which made our stay even easier. The pool was just perfect. Certainly one of the best houses with the best services you can find in Ibiza by far. Thanks guys!!!
