You can first take a refreshing dip in the beautiful chlorine pool which sizes 9 x 3.5 metres and with a depth between 0.5 and 1.5 metres. If you don’t feel like a bath, you can always have a refreshing shower also outside. You can sunbathe and enjoy the good Majorcan weather around the pool, on one of the sunbeds, while the little ones play in the pool.

The great porch by the house invites to have lunch or dinner in good company outdoors. The property is fenced and there are neighbours modern chalet features 3000 m2 in 3 floors. It has a modern style of simple and elegant designs that includes all you may need for a great stay. When you enter, you will find a spacious kitchen with dining area, which is fully equipped including a ceramic hob, electric oven and dishwasher among others, as well as a modern dining table for 8 people.

There is a modern shower bathroom on this floor, as well as the two first bedrooms. The 1st bedroom features a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with a hydro massage shower and a closet. The second bedroom presents also a double bed and a wardrobe. You will find the living room upstairs. It boasts impressive views of the surroundings. You will rest on the comfortable sofas while watching the satellite TV. This area is completed with a dining table for 6 people. You will find another 2 bedrooms on this floor. By the beach, a modern promenade with benches invites to have a cold drink at one of the bar terraces. You can also visit el Caló des Parral, with coarse-grained sand and crystalline waters. You will find the basic services for an independent stay in the town including little supermarkets and restaurants. There is garage parking for 3 cars.
