The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

honestly? perfect mix of chill & luxury.
pool w/ waterfall was my fave part. beach was right there. villa looked even better than the pics.

no joke, this place is just WOW. The terrace views, the design, the silence at night… totally what we needed.
Everything was premium quality, from the beds to the kitchen stuff. Also loved how safe & private it felt – cameras, gates, all easy to use.

We went with 2 other families (12 of us in total) and the villa fit us all perfectly. Each couple had their own space, and the kids had a blast in the pool and garden.
Loved the outdoor bbq area – had dinner outside almost every night. Also big love for the billiard room… the guys were obsessed haha. Villa was spotless, check-in smooth, and the concierge gave us great restaurant tips nearby. So chill and soooo beautiful!
Stayed for a week w/ family and honestly… didn’t wanna leave. That view?? crazy beautiful. Pool was amazing, beach right in front, and the house had literally everything we needed.
Agent helped us plan a lil bday surprise too – super helpful & kind. would def come back!
The property is very well appointed, maintained and clean. It’s location is well situated on the island, with quick and easy access to attractions, beaches and amenities. The house has a beautiful view overlooking the sea, and is well set-up for families or couples looking for a home away from home. The property manager is courteous, attentive and intent on making the stay a memorable and pleasant occasion. I plan to return again with my family and would highly recommend the property to interested parties.
We had a wonderful five-night stay at the Villa Map Pas on Mallorca in early June. The villa has a spectacular view from the patio/pool area. The villa, itself, is beautiful and comfortable. Our villa caretaker, Kris, was attentive to every need and very helpful in giving advice about travel around the island. The breakfasts he served poolside were excellent, as well. We would highly recommend this villa.
Villa Mal Pas was fantastic. The villa is in a very private area of Mal Pas from Mallorca. The views are excellent from the villa and outdoor area. The villa was 5 star and there are many amenities such as airport transfers, cooked to order breakfast, a car, cell phone, fully stocked refrigerator, pool, hot tub, daily housekeeping etc. The onsite manager was extremely helpful, providing directions, dinner reservations, and making sure every aspect of the villa and our visit was perfect. I would highly recommend this property and will stay here again.
