With its high-quality interior and spacious lawned garden Villa Malave is a great addition to our collection.
This 5 bedroom property is bright and tastefully decorated making it an ideal choice for large families and groups. The house is also in a great location – shops, restaurants and beach, with natural black volcanic sand, are all 5 minutes’ drive away.
The outside area is simply stunning! The private swimming pool takes centre stage and is surrounded by a huge amount of artificial grass. This is a perfect spot to enjoy the Canarian sunshine on one of the sun loungers with a good book. The covered terrace houses a seating area and a dining table and chairs are adjacent.
The open plan lounge/dining space is bright and spacious. There is comfortable seating, a flat screen TV and a few steps leading to the dining area. Thanks to the patio doors this area is flooded with natural light, and has access directly out to the pool terrace. The spacious, contemporary and well-equipped kitchen is adjacent. The internal courtyard is perfect for relaxing with a cool drink or a book.
There are 2 double bedrooms – one with an en suite bathroom and the other with an en suite shower and kitchenette. The 2 twin bedrooms and single bedroom share a separate bathroom. There is also a WC. All bedrooms are tastefully decorated.

If the booking is made less than 4 weeks before arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking.

1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for a 100% refund.
2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for a 70% refund.
3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund, unless the same dates are successfully rebooked to another guest. In this case, a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out:
Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival.
Standard check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure.
Early check-in or late check-out may be possible upon request and are subject to availability.
If this is not possible, luggage storage may be offered. The property manager will confirm the available options closer to your arrival or departure.

All bookings are made directly with us, with no additional booking, commission, or service fees. We believe in clear and transparent pricing, so the price you see is the price you pay.

This is a fantastic villa. Very clean, spacious and light. Kitchen is very well equipped. Pool is just the right size and has a great shallow section for the children. Heated to just the right temperature automatically when needed. Outdoor space is amazing. Artificial grass that looks/feels so realistic. Plenty of sunbeds and chairs/tables for outside use. Pool towels are provided to help save luggage space/weight. Lovely white inside towels are also provided. Rooms are spacious with plenty of storage/hangers. Aircon in each bedroom. Overall, the very best villa we have stayed.

Villa as described and in a very good location within the resort. A good selection of restaurants within walking distance and only about 20 minutes drive to the main tourist areas. The villa owner maintains the swimming pool personally to an excellent standard and the villa was clean and well presented on arrival. Would be happy to visit again.

The villa Rep was very helpful with the requests we had whilst staying at the villa (re-sealing the shower, providing us with a dust pan and arranging for us to use the facilities at the Green Gardens Resort on our check out day, which is a great idea!) Villa was fabulous and will definitely go back. Facilities were good and the pool area really clean. Location perfect and missing it already! On our first night, We had a middle of the night flood discovered at 3am, with one of the bathrooms, our Rep Ken was brilliant. He was round in 30 minutes and got the problem fixed the very next day, unbelievable service. As a family we give a resounding 10 out of 10. Thank you.
