Villa Majestic is a magnificent contemporary-style beachfront villa with fantastic sea views, located in one of the most sought after prestigious locations of East Marbella. It is situated at a mere 5-10 minutes drive into Marbella and Puerto Banus.
This brand new property was finished in 2011 using top quality materials throughout and enjoys a landscaped garden with direct access to the beach and infinity pool with cascade and chill out area. A “Zen style” patio with ponds and fountains leads to the main entrance of this incredible villa.
On the ground floor the living room comprises two seating areas on a split level, together with the dining room, opening onto a beautiful porch and the garden. There is a Gagennau kitchen with Siemens appliances with access to the garden and to a terrace, ideal for dining “al fresco”.
On the lower level, there are 3 en-suite bedrooms, one with access to the porch; and an independent staff bedroom.
On the upper level, the master suite with study and the en-suite guest bedroom both share a lovely terrace overlooking the garden, pool and sea.
The lovely interior patios throughout the property give the feeling of increased natural light and a sense of larger spaces.

The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

We had a very nice stay at the Villa Majestic … the transfer airport was great … the distance to the beach…..:)) direct access…the kitchen is very large and has all the necessary appliances and utensils … all bedrooms are very spacious and nicely furnished, The beds comfortable … the outside area with the large pool, is pure luxury … we had a great week in a very nice ambience and can recommend it to everyone … we will definitely the Villa to rent again …
We really liked the villa, the swimmingpool was fantastic. The view was magnificant and the area and all the Cities nearby are wonderfull.
We have just returned home from a perfect family holiday at Villa Majestic, everything we needed was at the villa. The pool was perfect for our granddaughter and we enjoyed sitting on the terrace in the evenings with a few cocktails. We all had a wonderful time in such a beautiful villa, and thank you to Alba for being such a fantastic host, he was all ways there with quick responses to my emails leading up to the holiday, hopefully we will be returning in the near future
We had the most wonderful vacation! The whole family enjoyed the beautiful and spacious house, the pool and terrasse and the beaches access from the pool area. A spectacular and wonderful experience – thank you!!!
