If the booking is made less than 4 weeks before arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking.

1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for a 100% refund.
2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for a 70% refund.
3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund, unless the same dates are successfully rebooked to another guest. In this case, a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out:
Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival.
Standard check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure.
Early check-in or late check-out may be possible upon request and are subject to availability.
If this is not possible, luggage storage may be offered. The property manager will confirm the available options closer to your arrival or departure.

Villa Mahoma was a perfect find for our family vacation. The first-floor bedrooms offered privacy, while the living areas were spacious and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen and the convenience of the laundry room. The pool area was a hit with our kids.

Wonderful location and the villa was just as described. Great to have a few essentials in the fridge and cupboards – especially given a late arrival, so all the important things were ready before a big shop the following day. Quiet location and yet near to the attractions and shops in Puerto Calero. Thanks and I hope to return soon.

The location is fantastic with amazing ocean views and a lovely terrace. The place was perfect for us with 4 adults and 2 children. It’s nice and close to good restaurant, bars and supermarkets. Caroline was a great host and even had some necessities waiting for us when we arrived late after our flight. I cannot recommend the place highly enough – the only issue is having to leave!

This Villa was everything we had hoped for and more. Very well equipped and all the comforts of home. We had a super stay and would love to return some day. The pool was warm and clean, all the outside furniture perfect for our use.
Great having a dishwasher and washing machine on holiday, and the comfortable beds and pillows made sure we all slept well.
Everything worked out perfectly, free airport transfer, welcome pack, heated pool….great service!!!!
