Newly refurbished villa with private pool on Cumbre del Sol, stunning location with breathtaking sea and mountain views. This 2 level villa boasts a spacious and airy lounge/ diner leading on to your private pool and terrace area. Downstairs includes a large fully equipped kitchen with separate utility room with washing machine and 2 nd fridge.

The lounge is equipped with hot & cold air conditioning and central heating. There is a 50″ smart flat screen tv, DVD player, blue tooth CD player and wi-fi. Bedrooms lead off from the lounge and all have hot & cold air conditioning and central heating. On one side a king size double with walk in wardrobe and ensuite shower, toilet and sink. To the right there is a king sized double and twin room with shared walk in wardrobe and en suite shower, toilet and sink , ideal for a family. There is also a separate toilet and sink on Lower level.

Upstairs you will be able to enjoy the stunning views from both the king size double and the twin room which have patio doors leading onto shared terrace. Both rooms have hot & cold air conditioning, central heating and fitted wardrobes ensure ample storage. There is a large family bathroom to include bath, shower, toilet and twin sinks along with a separate toilet and sink.

Local beach , bars, supermarket, restaurant with pool and pharmacy are a short 5 minute car drive, whilst it is a 15-20 minute drive to the picturesque coastal towns of Moraira and Javea with an array of beaches, bars, restaurants, shops and other amenities. The Resort has one shopping centre, Commercial Center Adelfas a 6 minutes drive, with a supermarket, restaurants and a Chemist.

Playa del Moraig (5 minutes drive) a nice beach with a picturesque cove used almost exclusively by the residents of Cumbre del Sol, and has a car park. Alternatively the beaches of Moraira or Javea are both just a 15 to 20 minutes drive, we recommend visiting all the surrounding area and sampling the beaches, bars, restaurants and markets. Local markets have a great source of clothing, shoes and leather goods and in coastal resort towns nearby you will find many elegant boutiques.

Whilst you will be staying by the sea with some of the finest beaches, you will be only 30/40 minutes drive away from the mountains and wonderful scenery and walks.
