Villa Magdalena is a spacious property with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms spread over 2 floors. The villa grounds and gardens are extensive with plenty of space for lounging outdoors, sunbathing or dining al fresco. The popular resort town of Fuengirola, and the magical village of Mijas are short drive away, where you can enjoy the spectacular views down to the coast. The villa includes WiFi, air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and lounge.

The rectangular swimming pool at Villa Magdalena has Roman steps at one end for easy access. Around the pool the area is laid to lawn – a great area for children to run around. Next to the main entrance there is also a covered terrace area, furnished with sofas, which makes the perfect place to relax in shade.
There are 2 gates at the entrance, 1 for people on-foot and the other for cars leading into the driveway. There is space for a hire car within the villa grounds as well as parking just outside the property. Both entrance gates lead up to the covered terrace and the main door into the villa hallway.

The living space in this villa is L shaped with a seating area to one side and dining facilities to the other side near the kitchen. Doors from the lounge and dining areas lead out to the covered terrace and to the hallway for access to the bedrooms.
On the first floor level, there is a large terrace that runs the length of the villa; this terrace can be reached from 2 of the upstairs bedrooms.
The kitchen is contemporary and well equipped with all the mod cons. From the kitchen there is the back door leading to the rear of the house.

The villa has a total of 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 1 WC distributed over 2 floors. On the ground floor, next to the entrance, is 1 twin bedroom with a separate shower room accessed via the kitchen. There is also a WC just off the hallway on the ground floor. Upstairs, there are 4 bedrooms; 2 twin bedrooms and a double bedroom share a shower room with access to a shared terrace overlooking the garden and swimming pool. There is also a second double bedroom with en suite bathroom.
