This impressive private gated villa is located close to the village of Campanet and the stunning Tramuntana mountain range, within easy reach of the beautiful northern beaches of Port de Pollença and Port d’Alcudia.
Built in a grand colonial style, stunning outdoor spaces are reached from the villa’s spectacular staircase, sweeping down in tiers from the top terrace to a magnificent swimming pool where the sunlight dazzles upon azure blue waters. Poolside dining and pre-dinner aperitifs can be enjoyed on warm Mallorcan evenings, prepared in the summer kitchen and fully-equipped bar. The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

Stayed here in May 16. Travelling party of 14. Villa as described, clean, comfortable, a great garden with excellent bbq area and heated pool was available to our amazing holiday in Mallorca.
This place is perfect if you want to be away from the hussle and bussle but still in walking distance from a few shops and restaurants.
Everything at the villa was exactly as we expected, large with luxury extras. The pool is amazing set in lovely gardens. We were very well looked after by the villa staff and the daily maid service was excellent. Very clean, and although costly it is well worth it for the facilities. Would definitely recommend this luxury villa.
We were a big group and had a great time in this villa. The villa has everything you need from lots of space, to a great outdoor area and lots of parking. Photos underrate this villa, great pool, outdoor seating areas, large kitchen and room for 14 persons. Great villa and made for an excellent holiday.

The villa was truly fantastic. I booked for 14 of us to stay for a week so it was on my head if the villa wasn’t up to scratch. Everyone, including myself, was blown away by the sheer size and the look of the place. It looks as good as it does in the photos but there was so much more room than we had expected. All the rooms were clean and well furnished and the location was excellent for a relaxed holiday. I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone wanting to have a great time in Mallorca.
