Villa Madera is in a great central position, only a few minutes’ walk from Alcudia Beach. A number of restaurants and shops are also easily reached on foot. Plus, the port and old town are only a short drive, taxi or bus ride away. The villa itself has a fresh and high quality interior with a pleasant private pool and garden.

Outside, Villa Madera has a private saltwater swimming pool, a lawned garden and shaded alfresco eating area for 8 people. The garden has plenty of space to sunbathe or for children to play. Plus, the pool has a shallower section at one end, ideal for smaller children or non-swimmers. To one side of the garden is a covered BBQ area with a table and chairs. You’ll also have a shaded chill out area for when you need a break from the sun. Villa Madera is positioned at the end of a cul-de-sac, with plenty of space on the street to park your hire car. The grounds are gated from the road, with a path leading to the entrance at the front of the house.

The lounge and dining area are open plan. There is a stylish table and chairs, comfortable seating and a flat screen TV. The adjacent, fully equipped kitchen has a small breakfast table, all mod cons and plenty of worktop space. Both the living area and kitchen have patio doors opening onto the gardens and pool area.

The villa has a double bedroom with an en suite shower room, plus a second double bedroom and twin bedroom which share a separate bathroom and shower room. Outside, by the chill out area, is an annexe which has a double bedroom with en suite shower room and a small kitchenette.

Alcudia is set around a huge bay which gives it a glorious long sandy beach that stretches five miles from the harbour round to the neighbouring resort of C’an Picafort.
