Beautiful villa at the first sea line with fantastic views for 11 people. The villa has a nice garden with grass and palm trees where you will enjoy the sea sound. Direct access from the villa to a small path leading to a stony/sandy cove (cala Mallorqui). This path is connected to the other bigger beaches “the Calalga and Levante” beaches as well as the Promenade, the supermarkets and restaurants. The villa has 4 bedrooms and an auxiliary bed room. Enclosed plot of 800 sqm. The living area of about 200m² is shared on two floors.

Ground floor: (Connected by internal staircase). 1 large bed room with double bed and access to a terrace. 1 large bed room with double bed, 1 air conditioning and access to the terrace. 1 bathroom with shower, wc and washbasin. 1 large bedroom with seperate entrance, double bed, air conditioner and access to the terrace. In this bedroom there is another bedroom with a bunk bed and one single bed, ideal for families with children.

Upper floor: access to the upper floor by internal staircase. Large living-dining area with sat-tv, air conditioner and access to the terrace with views to the sea. Separate kitchen completely equipped with ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator with freezer, coffeemaker, toaster and cookware. 1 bathroom with shower, wc and washbasin. 1 bedroom with double bed. 1 bathroom with bathtub, wc and washbasin.

Plot with palm trees, built-in barbecue, private pool of 8x4m with built-in stairs, external shower and washing machine. Parking for 2-3 cars.
