Villa Lunabe oozes style and is a fantastically modern villa, furnished to the highest standard. Newly refurbished in July 2016, this stunning villa is situated in the exclusive Puerto Calero Marina. This fabulous property provides the perfect base for a fabulous holiday in Lanzarote. Just a 10 minute stroll from the marina with it’s parade of bars, designer shops & restaurants. This large 5 bedrooms villa is fully air-conditioned throughout with the exception of the separate apartment. The top floor master suite comes complete with sitting area and two dressing rooms, super king size bed, TV and a Shower Room with large walk-in shower, twin basins and WC. Sliding doors leading to roof terrace with sea views, sofa and table.

The modern fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar offers a great space along with the open plan dining area. Complete with an oven, 4 ring hob, microwave, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and juicer. Doorway leads to utility room where you will find the washing machine, iron & ironing board. There is a large table with 8 chairs for dining indoors with a window looking out to the pool and terrace. Open plan lounge with two large comfortable sofas, TV unit, large Flat Screen TV (Satellite TV with English channels including BBC, ITV and Channel 4) plus a bluetooth music system. Also features two modern armchairs placed in front of sliding doors to pool and terrace. The house also has an additional room with comfy beanbags and a TV & Playstation4, ideal for the kids to escape to!

The outdoor area of the villa offers comfort, shade and a high level of privacy. Complete with Al-fresco dining for 10 with overhead lighting, a comfortable sofa and two arm chairs and sunbeds it´s the perfect place to relax outside. There is a Canarian BBQ, an outside shower as well as separate WC , basin and shower. Housed in the garage you will find a table tennis table that can be taken outside if you would prefer.
