Villa Luminosa is a modern new villa with its own private pool, set in a quiet residential area, but still only a short walk from lots of amenities, including a supermarket, bank, restaurants and bars with great evening entertainment.

This stunning glass fronted villa is entered through the front gate which leads into the lovely garden, and terraces and here next to the villa is the large pool with full size steps to enter at one end. There are also sunbeds and two hammocks for you to soak up the sun around the pool.

The Villa is entered from the side main entrance, and this leads you direct into the large open plan living area, the villa is full of large windows which make it very light and airy. The kitchen is well equipped and provides everything you could possibly need during your stay, integral fridge freezer, integral dishwasher, electric hob, oven and microwave, and coffee machine.

A central workstation and breakfast bar with stools separates the kitchen from the living and dining room area. A large dining table and chairs provide ample space for all the guests to eat together, and there is also a high chair provided for younger members of the family. The living area comprises of two areas, a large corner suite facing the large flat screen TV, and two separate sofas where you can sit and chill looking out over the spacious pool.

Large sliding doors open from the kitchen to the pool area, outside the kitchen there is also a large wooden table and chairs to enjoy al fresco dining. On the ground floor leading from the kitchen area are two of the four bedrooms, a shower room and a utility room that also houses the washing machine. The spacious master bedroom has a king-size bed, matching bedside drawer units, and a chest of drawers. There is also a flat screen TV in this bedroom. The ensuite shower room has all modern fitting and a large walk in shower. Sliding doors open to the outside terrace.

The second bedroom on the ground floor is a twin room, with two single beds, bedside drawer unit and a chest of drawers. The main shower room also comprises a large walk in shower, and is well equipped with hairdryer and modern fittings. The stairs to the first floor are next to the entrance door, and on this floor is two further bedrooms, and a family shower room, and separate door that opens to the first floor large terrace.

The first bedroom on this floor overlooks the spacious living area through large windows, but for privacy full length blinds are provided. This bedroom has a king-size bed, two bedside drawer units, and a large wardrobe with mirrored doors. There are also sliding doors for access to the first floor terrace. The second bedroom on the first floor is another twin room, with two single beds, bedside drawer unit and a large wardrobe. This room also has sliding doors to the outside first floor terrace. The large shower room on this floor comprises a large walk in shower and modern fittings.

On the first floor terrace, which overlooks the pool area is another large wooden table and chairs letting you relax and enjoy the spectacular sunsets that can been seen from here. Each room has floor length blinds to all windows for privacy. There is also PS4 and games available free of charge during your stay.
