Those who know Mallorca will probably be familiar with Puerto Andratx, but you might not yet know Port Adriano, the island’s newest super-yacht marina. Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.

Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

We had the most amazing stay at Villa Lucia. The villa is huge, with plenty of space for everyone. The bedrooms are gorgeous, and the two that lead directly to the terrace and pool were perfect. We spent most of our time by the pool, but we also made use of the library and TV room. The location was fantastic – we were close to everything, from the beaches to the marina. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a peaceful, luxury getaway!

Villa Lucia is an absolute gem! We spent a week here with the family, and it was exactly what we needed – relaxation and fun all in one. The views of the sea were breathtaking, and the villa itself is spacious and modern. The heated pool was a big hit, especially with the kids. We also loved the little library and the TV lounge with a PlayStation for downtime. The location is perfect – close to Santa Ponsa beach and the beautiful Port Adriano. Would definitely return!

We had a 7 day meeting at Villa Lucia. A really excellent place to stay. In addition to excellent service and clean and luxury house, you get the best panorama view of sea.

We had an excellent stay at Villa Lucia. Santa Ponsa is so peaceful and relaxed location, the villa itself had everything we needed and was absolutely spotless and the service we received from the hosts was outstanding.
All the people we came across were so friendly and helpful and made our stay all the more enjoyable.

We were a group of eight people. The Villa is beautiful; very spacious, fantastic pool and spectacular views. The villa was spotlessly clean and had a daily clean of the common areas downstairs which made it even more luxurious and relaxing place to stay. The house is in a quiet, peaceful residential complex, in the lovely area of Santa Ponsa, so gives the perfect balance to Mallorca nights out. We had a wonderful time, we hated to leave!
