Villa Lozano is a spectacular five-bedroom villa. This exceptional residence designed by Monica Fullana and Jordi Carreno, defines the term ‘luxury’ and sits within a new, exclusive, gated compound in exclusive Cala Conta, on the island’s beautiful west coast. This villa benefits from a front line position.

From the house there is a magnificent sea view, a sweeping panorama that includes the islands of S’illa des Bosc and Conejera, as well as the famous Balearic sunset. Everything is carefully designed for maximum comfort, while cutting edge technology makes any stay here special. The most striking element is the use of sandstone alongside white monolayer walls, limestone floors and oak fittings. The white and beige colour scheme and use of esparto, wood and linen blend Ibiza’s past with futuristic technology.

Glazed walls seamlessly merge the expansive living areas with the outdoor spaces. The terraces and lawns are geometrically defined and pleasantly arranged. The property is not overlooked and has uninterrupted views. There is a long swimming pool, bordered and shaded to one side by high trees.

At one end is a wide sun terrace offering a superb panorama of landscape and sea views.
The villa is built on an H shape on two floors. On one side is the master bedroom and living areas, on the other, the rest of the bedroom suites. Each bedroom has a view onto its’ own small garden. The master suite faces the terrace, garden and pool.

The building is off centre on the plot, maximising the space of the front garden. Access to the house is through the back garden.

The swimming pool is salt water, and made out of limestone.
