Villa Lozada is a luxurious, newly renovated villa set in private two acre grounds overlooking the stunning Embalse de la Pedrera lake.
With crystal clear turquoise waters and a backdrop of the mountains of Creveillente, the view is truly amazing. The extremely comfortable and well equipped house is everything you could wish for in a rental property with large family spaces in the open plan lounge, kitchen diner. Outside the terraces are large and perfect for dining outside or lying in the sun on comfortable sun loungers. The exceptionally comfortable villa has 3 double bedrooms and 1 set up as a single with a pull out to double bed. The 3 bathrooms, are stylish and elegant with high spec finishing. The attention to detail means everything has been thought about prior to your arrival and it really is a home from home. On 1 level with wide access throughout this beautiful villa where comfort is guaranteed is an amazing place to stay all year round. Summers are of course very hot, but the unique micro climate enjoyed in this location means daytimes are usually sunny and warm up to and beyond Christmas. Exceptionally mild weather makes The Lozada the perfect choice out of season.
With the unique wooden Lozada Lodge in the grounds which younger guests will love the versatility is great. This unique lodge has a seperate shower-room, bedroom and lounge. There is a covered games area with table tennis and darts and coming soon a petanque court in the garden. The natural beauty of the area is best enjoyed with a glass of wine on the terrace watching the birds and the setting sun, the panorama is huge. The BBQ area is great too, right next to the main terrace. The property offers every comfort to allow you all the peace, seclusion and solitude of this lovely conservation area. The location is as unique as the villa. There is easy access to comprehensive local amenities with everything you could possibly need to compliment your stay.

The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

We were here for a week and have loved every minute. The villa had absolute everything, the welcome pack was a lovely surprise and we have already booked to come back next year. Cannot recommend highly enough.
Thank you Maria for everything you did to ensure we had a perfect family holiday in the Lozada. The villa is perfect in every way spacious modern with every comfort provided to the highest standard. I agree with previous guests that all the facilities were enjoyed by everyone and we also enjoyed the close by quad biking beautiful walks by the lake BBQ great pool the list goes on… we would love to visit again. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.
This is a beautiful villa, very clean well equipped. You couldn’t ask for better hosts. The fridge was full of essentials and more. The pool was big enough for all 7 of us to be in and play volleyball and make use of the inflatables that were provided. There is no need to take anything other then your clothes and personal toiletries. The villa accommodated all 7 of us comfortably, six adults and a 13 year old. There was plenty of space if we needed our on space. The villa is secluded and has stunning views of the lake which unfortunately was at its dry season so didn’t come up to the villa.
The Lozada is a superb villa that has something for everyone. Having stayed in many villa’s we always find there is something missing or lacking, but not this time. The Lozada is extremely well equipped in every area. The pool and terrace area is simply fantastic and the lake view and sunsets are just stunning.
If you want peace and quiet look no further, the Lozada is located in beautiful secluded countryside, if you want activities try the adventure park 1 mile down the road, we recommend the quad bikes and horse riding amongst others, the local towns, villages and bars are excellent and you are only 15 mins from the beach.
We thoroughly enjoyed our week at the Lozada and can’t wait to visit again next year.
What a fabulous villa! We had an amazing two 2 weeks at Villa Lozada. We especially loved the large pool and the daily table tennis and darts competitions. If you want a holiday where you can truly relax and unwind in peace and tranquility, then the Lozada is the place to stay. Whether you are in that beautiful pool, lounging on the terrace or standing over the barbecue with a cool gin and tonic, you always have the breath taking view of the lake and the mountains in front of you as well as some spectacular sunsets. If you can drag yourself away from the villa, there are some lovely restaurants in San Miguel de Salinas just a 5 minute drive away (try Market Street and Dona Isabel). Torrevieja is also less than 15 minutes by car with loads of beaches and restaurants to choose from. If you enjoy an early morning run then walk out the gate at the bottom of the garden and you’ll find a different route to run every day, through the maze of lakeside tracks.
