The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

If you’re looking for the ultimate luxury getaway in Ibiza, Villa Lorenza is the place to be. The villa’s modern design is stunning, and the panoramic views are out of this world. Every morning we woke up to incredible views of Formentera and Es Vedra, and we could not get enough of it. The outdoor BBQ area was perfect for hosting a family dinner, and the pool area was ideal for relaxing in the sun. The staff were top-notch, and the concierge service arranged everything we could have asked for. A perfect spot for a getaway with friends!
We stayed at Villa Lorenza with our children and loved every moment. The kids absolutely adored the playroom and the spacious garden, while we relaxed by the pool or enjoyed the peaceful terrace. The villa offers a perfect combination of privacy and luxury, with everything you need for a family holiday. The proximity to Cala d’Hort Beach and Es Cubells Beach made it easy to explore the island, and we even took a boat trip to Formentera, which was magical. The staff were friendly and always available to help. Highly recommend!
Our group of 12 couldn’t have asked for a better villa for our Ibiza trip. Villa Lorenza offers so much space—each bedroom is its own private retreat with amazing views. The outdoor areas are just as impressive with plenty of seating, a large dining table, and the bar area that we used for sunset cocktails. We even had a BBQ party one night, and it was fantastic. The villa’s location is perfect for enjoying the beauty of Ibiza without being in the middle of all the hustle. We’ll definitely be coming back!
We had the most incredible stay at Villa Lorenza! The views of Es Vedra and Formentera are absolutely stunning, and the infinity pool is a dream. We spent most of our days lounging by the pool and enjoying the chill-out areas. The villa is spacious and luxurious, with every detail thoughtfully designed. The staff made our experience seamless, and we especially loved the private chef who prepared amazing meals for us. It’s an oasis of privacy and peace, yet still close to all the island’s best spots. A truly unforgettable vacation!
We visited Villa Lorenza in June for two weeks; it is an exceptional villa. Great property manager and her team and they were always so helpful and friendly. The views from the villa were stunning and the location was perfect for us. We intend to return to the Lorenza next year!
We stayed at the Lorenza in July as a group of 16 people. The villa is fantastically maintained and all staff couldn’t have been more helpfuly. One evening the agent arranged for a catered meal for us for a birthday celebration – the food was amazing and the cake was delicious!!!. A truly fantastic holiday, and we didn’t want to come home!!
