Perfect for anyone not wanting to hire a car, this stylish 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa also includes WiFi, pool heating and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and lounge.
Outside, the large private swimming pool is surrounded by a beautifully tiled terrace, mature hedging and plants with plenty of space to relax and soak up the sun. The impressive brick BBQ and covered exterior dining table and chairs is perfect for enjoying traditional alfresco life.
The open plan living area has the fully equipped kitchen and utility room at one end, a comfy lounge with ample seating at the other and a dining table and chairs for 8 in between. Double patio doors open onto the pool terrace and keep the ground floor living space fresh and airy.
There are 2 twin bedrooms sharing a separate shower room on the ground floor and a twin bedroom with en suite shower room and a double bedroom with en suite bathroom on the first floor. This double bedroom also has a small private balcony where you can enjoy an early morning drink as you admire the view across the resort to the sea in the distance.

The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

We would definitely recommend this villa to anybody and it is now our dream to be able to one day return again. The views are absolutely breathtaking and the villa is very private. The pool is also lovely and designed in such a way that you can just look out at the sea while swimming. We stayed here with a 4 month old baby and 22 month old toddler and it was a perfect holiday. My husband and I were able to enjoy the pool and area outside while they were napping or sleeping at night.
We travelled as 4 couples and all 8 of us found this Villa to be first class. To start with, Alba was extremely supportive and communicative, providing lots of good information before we travelled. On arrival we were met at the airport by the villa host and taken to our luxury villa. Very well equipped and relaxing place! There was a gentle level of engagement throughout the week – enough to make sure we were OK, but not overly intrusive – spot on. Free welcome pack and free airport transfer was included on price. Best concierge service!!
