Villa Lobos in Santo Tomas is a spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa within walking distance of the beach. The villa features a private pool, countryside views, and a unique circular dining room. Leading from the lounge through an archway on the right hand side you will find a double bedroom with en suite bathroom. On the left there are 2 twin bedrooms and at the end of the small hallway the separate bathroom is located.
Villa Lobos is a charming 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa located within walking distance of the beautiful Santo Tomas beach. The location, on the main road in and out of the resort gives great access to the local shops, bars and restaurants. This one storey villa stands in a large garden with the pool at the rear of the villa. The villa is spacious inside and has an interesting circular dining room. Air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and WiFi are included.
The pool is located at the rear of the villa and stands next to a small lawn providing a terrace area for sunbeds. The countryside views are perfect for creating a relaxing backdrop for lazy days around the pool. A brick built BBQ is also located close to the pool area, perfect for al fresco dining.
The front of the villa has a covered terrace and the front door is located at the end of this terrace and opens directly in to the lounge. The driveway provides a parking place should you decide to hire a car although not necessary in this location.
The front door opens directly into a spacious lounge with an unusual round dining room to the right with an open fireplace. The dining area provides a table and chairs. The lounge area provides comfortable seating and patio doors leading back on to the covered terrace with table and chairs if you prefer to dine outside.
The galley style kitchen is located next to the lounge and is furnished with solid wood cupboards, tiled walls and has a window which looks out over the front garden and is conveniently close to the living area and covered terrace. Next to the kitchen is the garage where the washing machine is located.

Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.

Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

We’ve stayed in Menorca many times, but this was our first time in Santo Tomas, and Villa Lobos was a great choice. The villa was well-maintained, and the pool area was a real highlight. We have stayed in different Balearic villas every year for the last 10 years or so and this was the best we’ve seen. The villa is so comfortable and Alba makes sure you have everything you need – the concierge services host provided us with free fresh eggs, olive oil, olives, milk, melon etc etc and even organised a beautiful locally cooked feast for us one night which was one of the best meals we’ve ever had. The location is great. Absolutely fantastic.
Our extended family stayed at Villa Lobos in July. What a positive experience! From the villa, the facilities, location, nearby tavernas, restaurants, supermarkets and bars. There was so much attention in making our stay awesome in every way and we all loved it. Without doubt, we would all go back. Truth is, you felt like you were part of the family. We found the local tavernas charming, good quality and very affordable. It was our first trip to Menorca after so many recommendations but it will not be our last!!!!!
The listing description and photographs did not fully portray the beauty and tranquility of the villa and its stunning view! When we arrived, everyone was knocked out with the layout of the villa, the pool and surrounding area. The villa was clean and the personnel involved with cleaning and maintenance were first class. The staff has provided excellent service, always replying promptly and providing information promptly. We would certainly recommend this villa to a friend and hope to return ourselves one day!
