The urbanization of ROCA LLISA is situated half-way between Ibiza town and Santa Eulalia del Rio, in particular between the villages of Jesus and Cala Llonga. It is considered to be the best urbanization of the island, being an enclave of luxury and peace, of considerable contrast to the more frantic life style of the other centers of the island.
The Roca Llisa Sea Side is built in a hilly terrain facing south-west, towards the sea. The houses in the area have been built on high gradient terrain guaranteeing the most beautiful views of the sea and the islands.
This villa Llisa is distributed in four bedrooms and three different terraces looking the sea. We have at one level an open living room and kitchen with different chill-out and dining table and a library corner. The stylish designed furniture is colorful and match with harmony the white house. At one upper level house we have instead a living room & kitchen surrounded by glassed windows and wooden terrace with an infinity pool and different sun-beds. At a lower level we have four bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. The master bedroom and two of the double bedrooms have got sea view.
Villa Llisa is located in Roca Llisa, an urbanization situated half-way between Ibiza Town and Santa Eularia del Rio, which is composed in two areas : the Sea Side and the Golf Side. Roca Llisa is considered to be the most peaceful and luxuous area, only 7 kms from the city centre of Ibiza. As Casa Jade is located on the Sea Side of Roca Llisa and built on a high gradient terrain, you will enjoy one of the best sea view of the island !

The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

The fabulous views over the island and sea as well as the beautiful pool area makes it the best villa in Ibiza by far. Dining areas, speakers everywhere and the comfortable sunbeds means you don’t even need to leave the villa! you can hire a boat to have an amazing trip…also a private chef will be great!!!
We’ve just come back from staying at this villa and miss it sooo much! It was perfect – very clean, amazing pool, verrrry nice DJ equipment, stunning view, fully air-conditioned, stunning view. It’s perfect for a group, or a large family. I’d deffo recommend this villa to anyone staying in Ibiza!!!
A palacial villa with all the luxuries you could ever imagine! Villa Llisa definately has something special about it. I have stayed here three times now and everytime I vow it was the best holiday ever. I highly recommend this villa for a luxury holiday in Ibiza!!!
Stayed here for a week in May with my large family, 8 of us in total. Perfect place for a relaxed holiday in Ibiza. The staff was great…..the private chef prepared an excellent meals to my family….amazing trip with the boat…..WOW!!!!

We spent a wonderful holiday in this elegant villa, equipped with every comfort. music outside connected with our devices, wi-fi, spa pool and more. meals and mojitos was ordered at the nearby restaurant and the waiters bring us food directly to the pool or under the pergola with no need to disconnect from our relax. the view is magnificent, the construction materials are of excellent quality and the agent has always been friendly and helpful. the price is adequate and we will come back to villa Llisa very soon!!!
