Holiday house in modern and avant-garde architecture with sea view and private pool in Son Serra de Marina, north Mallorca. The house is distributed over three levels and consists of living room, fully equipped kitchen with the added bonus of a wine bar, three double bedrooms, four bathrooms. An office, a large fitness room and a garage for bicycles. On the ground floor is the living room with sea view, open kitchen with cooking island, a bedroom and a bathroom.
Above the glass and iron stairs on the first floor, we find a large window that illuminates an impressive office, even in this floor two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The spacious bedroom has large windows that allow you to enjoy a stunning sea view, next to the large dressing room and en suite bathroom which has two shared showers. Downstairs to fit a fully equipped gym, as well as a large TV and surround sound equipment that guarantees complete training fun. On this floor large garage, a bathroom and a laundry room with washer and dryer.
Outside three areas, a dining area, the pool area and a solarium and a barbecue and chill-out is distinguished.
The pool finally offers the charm and uniqueness of this luxury home. A Balinese bed through the garden, the pool is marked in a first zone of a few centimeters of water, where guests lie and a second lower zone where swimming.

The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

We stayed at the villa for two weeks during early June – two weeks was not enough time, and I can’t wait to go back one day! A large, modern and spacious kitchen was available. The rooms are all huge and extremely comfortable with en-suite facilities for almost every room. The island itself is a playground for adventure. The beaches are also incredible. I can’t recommend a stay here enough. The views, the incredible sunsets and the wonderful owners – nothing is too much to ask and they make you feel truly special. I can’t wait to come back!
The villa is just as described only better. It was everything we could have wanted for a family holiday. From the moment we arrived and felt so privileged to be staying in such a wonderful place. The bedrooms were all well equipped, spacious and spotless. The living areas were vast and so comfortable. We cannot praise this villa enough and will be back for sure.
