Villa Limonar in Los Monteros is the perfect holiday rental for families. This spacious 4-bedroom villa accommodates up to 10 guests and boasts an expansive outdoor area with a pool, BBQ, and stunning Mediterranean views, all within walking distance of the beach.

A great holiday home with fantastic outdoor area in only 500 meters to one of the best beach stretches of Marbella. This holiday home is located in a suburb of Marbella. It is a very family friendly area with walking distance to all necessities during your holiday stay. You do not need a car with this fantastic object.

The plot is approximately 500 m2 with an enormous outdoor area with large corner lounge sofa, 4 sunbeds and large slumber bed, a dining area for 8, big gas BBQ and seating for 4/5 persons. A splendid outdoor area complemented with great views to the Mediterranean.

The plot is gated/secured. The entrance is through an electric gate where there is space for a tiny car. When entering the villa the master bedroom is located directly to the right. The master bedroom has a double bed and the possibility of 2 extra sleeps on a sofa bed (sofa bed 1,40 m at extra charge). The ensuite bathroom consists of sink, shower and toilet. Through a corridor there is access to 2 more bedrooms, with both double beds (though can be easily divided into single beds) and a bathroom to share. One of these bedrooms has direct access to the outdoor area. A 4th bedroom has double bed and also direct access to the pool area. Poolsize: 8*4 m.

The bright & open environment of kitchen and living is fantastic and spacious. From both the kitchen and the living there is direct access through folding doors, that can open entirely.
