Villa near The town of Torrevieja, first row plot by the salt lake, great views. 20 min walk on pathway to town, the beach Neufragos and town beaches.
The house is situated in a very nice villa area close to town named Torreta Florida, there are only villas in high Price ranges here and it is very quiet with great views over the salt lake. In the salt lake one can take a bath and float on the mineral wather, which is very good for your skin.
There is a private pool in the garden, and a outdoor shower, there are also a toilet in the garden with washingmacine. That way sandy towels does not have to be taken into the house before washing. There are also wifi, Television With Spanish, Norwegian and some English Canals. Furthermore there are a dishwasher, osmosis wather filter system in the kitchen, a coocer With 2 gas hobs and 2 electric hops fridge and freezer in the Kitchen. There are also two washingmacines in the bathroom in by the terrace.
There are 5 bedrooms, 3 doublebeds, a triple bunch bed, and the fifth room has a bunch bed with one sleep upstairs and one downstairs. There are two diningtables outside that can be put together, and in total 16 People can sit and eat outside. There are a dining table for 11 inside. There are also 2 extrabeds in the house. With extrabeds 13 People can sleep there, (pluss cots 2). Cot is free of charge. There are also included linnen, and Downeys/duvets in the winter, and 2 large towls per sleep. In the bathrooms there are small towls for hands as well.
Terra Mytica is one hour drive to Benidorm from Torrevieja, there is also a park with wather slides 10 min drive from the house. Shopingsenters are close by, with all the good Spanish brands and international ones too. There is a zoo close to Torrevieja, 25 min drive, and many beaches in Torrevieja and outside. The whole coast is covered by beaches one after the other. It might be good to rent a car so one can visit different beaches. The Neufragos Beach close to the house have wather slides and trampolines in the wather.
Torrevieja is quite a big town and there are also plenty of restaurants, shops, ect.

The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

A beautiful house with every amenity and utensil required by a family of 8 to enjoy a relaxed holiday. Everything worked! Having a washing machine was wonderful.
The pool was fabulous,The bbq was used daily, we watched glorious sunsets over the pink salt lake. The house is located on a really quite street – not a sound at night and only a 10 minute cycle to the beach.
I just arrived home from a week stay here with my wife 2 daughters & 7 other family members.
The house is gorgeous & very well equipped. The pictures do not do the house justice. We loved it. We eat in most nights, only having 2 meals out of the house. The supermarket is only a 10 min walk away, which was ideal. The pool was gorgeous & we all used it a lot! Perfect for a family holiday!!! We will be returning I’m sure!
The villa was clean on arrival and as advertised with everything available, we chose it because it was on one level with no steps and a gated swimming pool as we had two young children and a 5 year old with the party ,the villa is also in a very quiet residential area with no noise at night making it very relaxing.
We wanted a property able to cope with the extended family, 5 older children and two partners and the first `grand `child 4 months old. And this was exactly what we got.
The property provided the space and privacy required, and the whole family were able to enjoy the facilities and relax and enjoy our time in Torrevieja. The town will not provide the wildlife generally required for the teenagers/young adults, but I feel there is something for everyone who is prepared to explore. I would recommend the villa to anyone, and would always consider this if we return to the area.
