Villa Leiva is a fabulous villa that enjoys a large, private heated pool that is set amongst a spacious lawn area. This 4 bedroom villa also boasts great views of the surrounding area and Mount Montgo mountain range.

Entrance to the villa is from a lane, with gates that lead to the driveway that has plenty of parking space. There is an impressive porch that has 2 steps leading to the front door. From here you shall enter the impressive entrance hallway with the galleried landing above and stairs. To the left of the hallway is a bathroom first and next door to this is a twin bedroom. Opposite to these rooms are a double bedroom with an en suite shower room and a twin bedroom. Both of these bedrooms look out to the spacious grounds and pool with patio doors which lead out to the terrace.

Back to the hallway and straight ahead are double doors that lead to the impressive and spacious lounge/dining area, which has 2 sets of patio doors that lead out to the spacious covered terrace that runs the whole width of the villa. To the right of the dining area is the kitchen that is fully equipped for all your catering needs and has a door that leads out to the side of the villa and another door that leads to the dining area. To the right off this room is a doorway that leads back into the hallway.

Upstairs the galleried landing leads to a further double bedroom that has patio doors that lead out to a spacious terrace that overlooks the pool – a great place to relax and enjoys this fabulous setting! To the other side of the bedroom is the en suite bathroom that also has a separate shower. A door from the en suite leads to a dressing room.

As you venture outside from the patio doors from the lounge you will be greeted by the spacious terrace that has outside furniture – a perfect place to relax with a cool drink. Continue down some steps from here and you cannot help but admire the large private pool which is surrounded an expansive lawn area. As you sit and relax by the pool you cannot miss the imposing and magnificent mountain backdrop – what better way to enjoy your holiday than relaxing by the pool and soaking up the Spanish sunshine whilst taking in this amazing setting!
