Villa Laureano is an inviting 4-bedroom villa in Mahon, Menorca, accommodating up to 8 guests. Villa Laureano is a great choice for your family villa getaway! The large gated swimming pool and lawned garden are ideal for younger children. The villas location, just a short distance from Mahon, has the best of both worlds – privacy and seclusion with the town and all its facilities within easy reach This impressive 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa has plenty of space and also includes WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms.
The large gated pool has a surrounding terrace which offers plenty of space to relax and enjoy the sunshine before or after a swim. Ideal for adults and children alike, the pool terrace is gated from the villa and has a large 40cm shallow splash area, great for younger children, which flows into the main section of the pool. The large lawned garden borders the pool and there is a covered dining area and BBQ, perfect for long lunches or evening alfresco dinners.
Double gates open onto a private parking area for your hire cars with a path leading to the entrance porch and into the villa.
From the entrance hall, a sliding door opens into a large lounge and dining area with a traditional solid wood floor, a seating area and patio doors leading onto the exterior dining terrace and garden. An archway divides the living area from the fully equipped kitchen which also has a small breakfast table, leading into the utility room.
There are 2 twin bedrooms sharing a separate bathroom on the ground floor. There is also a double bedroom with an en suite shower room and dressing area. On the first floor is a third, large twin bedroom with en suite bathroom, dressing area and patio doors that lead onto a spacious open terrace with fantastic, scenic countryside views.

The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Laureano. The villa is spacious and well-located, just a short drive from Mahon. Our stay at Villa Laureano was wonderful. The villa itself is beautiful, very clean, well-maintained and very comfortable. There are also lots of personal touches which make it feel very homely.
The property manager, Alba, was very friendly and helpful. The host visited regularly to maintain the pool and grounds (always at a time suitable for us), and nothing was too much trouble for him.
We had a fabulous holiday in this lovely villa. The villa had everything we needed, extremely clean (thank you to Helen!). Loads of space, big bedrooms which were very cool as the air con was very efficient. Lovely pool. Great position for exploring the island. Beach towels were a bonus. We really didn’t want to leave and will definately visit again.
