2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for a 70% refund.
3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund, unless the same dates are successfully rebooked to another guest. In this case, a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.

Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival.
Standard check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure.
Early check-in or late check-out may be possible upon request and are subject to availability.
If this is not possible, luggage storage may be offered. The property manager will confirm the available options closer to your arrival or departure.

The villa was everything we hoped for and more! Super spacious, comfy beds, and the pool was cleaned daily. Perfect for families or a group of friends. The beach is close, and loads of restaurants around. Had a great time!!!

First time in Tenerife, and this villa made it unforgettable! ????️ So much space, comfy beds, and super clean bathrooms. We spent most nights just chilling on the terrace with drinks, enjoying the sunset. The beach is a short walk away, and Siam Park is a MUST—so fun!! Definitely booking through this agency again, they made everything so simple!

We stayed here for a week with a group of 10 friends, and it was AMAZING! The villa is spacious, modern, and had everything we needed. The private pool was a huge plus, and the sea views from the terrace? Just WOW. Also, big shoutout to the agency for making the booking process so easy!

Absolutely loved our stay at Villa Las Vegas! ???? The location is spot on—close enough to the action but still private. The pool area was our fave spot to chill after a day at the beach. Rooms were super comfy, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Definitely coming back!!

Villa Las Vegas exceeded our expectations. This stunning villa was beautifully decorated and offered the highest degree of comfort. The open-plan living area with a large dining table was perfect for our group. The fully fitted kitchen was well-equipped. The 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms provided ample space and convenience. We particularly enjoyed the large terrace with its sea views. The outdoor swimming pool and plenty of seating allowed us to relax in style. Villa Las Vegas is a luxurious getaway in a great location.

Our stay at Villa Las Vegas in Playa de Las Américas was fantastic. The villa’s open-plan living area was comfortable and perfect for our group. Villa Las Vegas was the perfect choice for our group of friends in Playa de Las Américas. The spacious and beautifully decorated villa provided all the comfort we needed. The open-plan living area with a huge sofa, flat-screen TV, and large dining table made our gatherings enjoyable. The fully fitted kitchen was a bonus. The villa’s 6 bedrooms were ideal for accommodating our group. The terrace with sea views was a great spot for morning coffee. We loved the outdoor swimming pool and ample seating. A truly fantastic villa!
