The villa’s spacious layout includes six well-appointed bedrooms across three floors, offering plenty of space and privacy for up to 12 guests. The lower ground floor features three bedrooms, including two with twin beds and one with a double bed, as well as a games room with table tennis and a comfortable lounge area. 100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.

70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.

Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. Villa Las Coloradas in Playa Blanca, Lanzarote, was a dream come true. The beachfront location offered breathtaking views of Fuerteventura, Lobos, and Papagayo Beaches. The villa’s spacious layout provided ample room for our group of 6, and the outdoor areas, including the private heated pool, were simply perfect.

Our stay at Villa Las Coloradas was like a slice of paradise. The villa’s two floors and expansive terraces allowed us to savor the coastal beauty of Lanzarote. The master bedroom with its private terrace was a highlight, and the outdoor dining area with a built-in barbecue made our evenings memorable.

Villa Las Coloradas exceeded our expectations in every way. The stunning ocean views of Fuerteventura, Lobos, and Papagayo Beaches were a daily delight. The villa’s well-equipped kitchen and spacious living areas, along with the private heated pool, provided everything we needed for a fantastic vacation. We can’t wait to return to this coastal oasis.

We have just returned after an 8 day stay at this property.I have been here with my entire family for a holiday to remember in July.Shops, restaurants and the beach were within walking distance.

We stayed last July for 1 week, Our family along with my friends and thier two Kids, in total 6 adults & 3 children. The Villa had plenty of space and was finished to a very high standard, the Villa had a very home from home feel about it. The pool area was a really good size with plenty of space to spread out and still have space to relax while the kids spashed about. we found a great place just by the centre of town to have lunch at a resonable price, and made good use of the BBQ for the evening meals by the pool
