Fabulous sea views from the terrace as well as contemporary and stylish décor best describe this stunning property. Villa Kyra is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa located in the chic resort of Puerto Calero, close to its exclusive marina. A stylish villa in a stylish resort! The villa has an attractive fish-shaped private pool, featuring a raised splash pool section – the perfect place to relax with a cool drink!

The large private pool terrace is landscaped in famous “Manrique style” (César Manrique was an artist and an architect). It captures all the typical elements of Lanzarote with its well established palm trees, cactus plants, white sunbathing terrace and black volcanic paving stones. The fish-shaped pool is another unique feature here. There are 2 shaded pergola areas, one off the dining room and lounge for alfresco dining at the wooden table and chairs. Next to it there is a chilling out area with comfy wicker armchairs and coffee table. The second pergola runs outside the master and twin bedrooms and overlooks the pool. From the terrace there are spectacular sea views.

2 gates lead from the street into the villa. Inside the left gate are a few steps leading down to the porch and wooden entrance door. Through the entrance door you come into an impressive marble tiled reception hallway. 4 skylight windows bring in natural light making it bright and airy. The hall is decorated with pillars and roman style stone ornaments.

The lounge is split into 2 levels. On the upper level there is an ornamental fireplace and 2 armchairs facing a flat screen T.V. A step leads down to a large sofa which is surrounded by large picture windows allowing you to relax taking in the panoramic garden and sea views. Between the lounge and kitchen is a separate dining room with serving hatch window, a large picture window and patio doors leading out on to the shaded terrace.

The large kitchen is modern, bright and well equipped with all mod cons and lots of storage. There is a large kitchen table and chairs. Off the kitchen is a walk in pantry area. Through the kitchen is a multi-purpose room where the washing machine is concealed in a utility cupboard. 2 doors open off this room, 1 leading to the front garden and 1 to the pool terrace via stepping stone slabs.

All 4 bedrooms have parquet flooring, built-in wardrobes and aluminium shutters fitted. The first double bedroom is located to the left as you enter the hallway. It has an iron framed double bed and double patio doors leading to the pool terrace. Its en suite bathroom has a bath and a double wash basin. This bedroom also has a walk in dressing room fitted with built in wardrobes with mirrored doors. To the left of this bedroom is a twin room with an en suite shower room. This bedroom also has patio doors leading out onto the pool terrace. To the right of the entrance hall is a door leading to 2 double bedrooms and a shared shower room.
