Villa Kokosan has a fantastic location in the popular resort of Playa Blanca. It’s an attractive, contemporary villa perfect for large family holidays and groups of friends. Within 5 minutes’ walking distance of the smart Rubicon Marina, there are numerous stylish shops, chic restaurants and fashionable cocktails bars to choose from. Back at the villa, you can really appreciate the outdoor space, with a great pool and ample terraces. There is also a fantastic 4-hole putting green to keep you entertained. Villa Kokosan is a fabulous choice for your holiday in the sun. WiFi, pool heating and air conditioning/ heating in the bedrooms are included.

A large, superbly designed terrace surrounds the enticing pool with plenty of room to soak up the Canarian sunshine. There are 2 covered terrace areas, perfect for respite from the midday sun and al fresco dining. A marvellous bonus to the outside space is the astroturf area which incorporates a 4-hole putting green – great fun for all the family to enjoy! A portable BBQ is provided for cooking delicious, al fresco meals anytime of the day.

The villa has 5 tastefully decorated bedrooms – 2 double bedrooms and 3 twin bedrooms. All bedrooms include en suite shower rooms and sliding patio doors to the exterior. There is an additional shower room next to the utility room and an external WC next to the pool area.

The open plan living space within this villa has a spacious, modern design creating a wonderful social ambience. It offers comfortable furnishings, wide sliding patio doors allowing light to flood into the space. A large kitchen with an island and a breakfast bar with stools is a great spot to plan your day while sipping on your morning coffee. There is also a wine fridge provided – ideal for chilling your wine to enjoy al fresco. In addition, there is a utility space with laundry facilities and an outdoor area attached for drying your clothes.

The villa has its own entrance gate and a separate electronic carport gate with space for up to 2 cars. Once through the entrance gate, the pathway leads to the front door.

Villa Kokosan is ideally located within the well-known resort of Playa Blanca. It’s just a 5 minute walk from the stylish Rubicon Marina, where you will find an array of boutique shops, chic cocktail bars, restaurants and live music venues. Playa Dorada Beach is only 10 minutes’ walk away and you can continue along the promenade to discover even more restaurants and seafront bars. Enjoy strolling along the coastal path or dining al fresco in any number of the seafront dining establishments on offer. If you like to venture further afield, then head to the spectacular Timanfaya National Park, a must visit on the island and just a 20 minute drive away.
