Spectacular 6-bedroom villa for rent in the select area of Los Naranjos, Nueva Andalucía, with magnificent views of the golf course of the same name.
A beautiful driveway leads to the main entrance of the property which, in turn, opens into an impressive reception hall with double height ceiling and beyond into the large stylish living room full of light and space; separate dining room to the left, and T.V. room to the right.
Also on this level we have an ultra-modern kitchen which is fully equipped with top of the range appliances; guest W.C.; double bedroom with en-suite bathroom; twin bedroom also with en-suite bathroom.
The living room leads onto the main covered terrace, with dining area, ideal for “al fresco” entertaining, and from there to a decked area which also surrounds the heated pool. The mature garden is beautifully landscaped and also offers a fully installed bar area withBBQ facilities.
First floor comprises: 2 double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom and private terrace looking out onto the gardens and pool; sitting room with a gallery effect overlooking the floor below.
Lower level comprises: guest or staff quarters offering 1 bedroom with two sets of bunk beds, 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and small kitchen. The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

Our stay at Villa Kika in Los Naranjos, Nueva Andalucía, was nothing short of spectacular. This 6-bedroom marvel, overlooking the golf course, provided a luxurious retreat. The spacious living room, modern kitchen, and heated pool surrounded by a landscaped garden made it an ideal blend of comfort and elegance.
We were not disappointed upon arrival. The villa was modern,very clean and spacious. There was plenty of seating area around the pool -and the loungers were extremely comfortable and easy to manoeuvre when required. A decent size pool. The villa had an extremely homely feel to it-and we were pleasantly surprised with our welcome pack on arrival-milk/cheese/eggs/bread/coffee/tea bags etc. I have no hesitation in recommending this villa as it was of a very high standard indeed.
The villa if the highest quality. Our fist impressions of the villa were great. We arrived at night and entered the gated property to be welcomed by a beautiful villa positioned on the hillside in Marbella. Upon arrival we were greeted by the host who was very wlecoming and provided us with all the information we needed for our trip and showed us around the property despite it being very late at night. The interior is fantastic and provides large rooms for all its guests including en suite bathrooms. Excellent!!
We had superb family (ten adults) trip at Villa Kika from marbella. Householder is a great guy taking care of us warmly and completely. The location is excellent.
The villa is well equiped with all modern devices you need. Wifi, air conditioning, pool and garden area are great. No noise at nigth time.
